Personal data is confidential and protected in a way that prevents access by third parties. Oakie store customers can edit, modify, and delete their data after logging in.

The Oakie online store absolutely does not have access to information concerning customers' accounts and payment cards. We prioritize transaction security, which is handled by the Przelewy24 - PayPro S.A. service. When making a purchase with a card, you do not provide us with any bank-related data, such as the bank name or account number. Payment by bank transfer is handled directly by your bank's website.

By registering in the Oakie online store at www.oakiestudio.com, the customer places their personal data in the store's database and thereby consents to their processing for the purpose of order fulfillment (Act of August 29, 1997, on the Protection of Personal Data - Journal of Laws of 1997, No. 133, item 883).

Customers have the right to access their data, correct it, and request its cessation of use or removal from the Oakie store's database.

INFORMATION CLAUSE FOR DIRECTLY COLLECTED DATA

In accordance with Article 13(1) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), we inform you that:

  1. The administrator of your personal data is the company OAKIE Krzysztof Piotrowiak with its registered office at ul. Krótka 4, 64-130 Rydzyna, NIP: 6971012121, REGON: 410066250 (hereinafter referred to as "Oakie").

  2. Your personal data will be processed based on Article 6(1)(a)-(c) of the GDPR for the purpose of entering into a contract with OAKIE for the provision of services offered by OAKIE and the performance of the contract entered into by you and OAKIE for the provision of services offered by OAKIE, as well as for marketing, creating summaries, analyses, and statistics, verifying payment credibility, handling complaints, technical support, financial settlement, including issuing accounting documents.

  3. OAKIE is entitled to disclose your personal data to third parties to the extent necessary for the proper and due performance of the contract entered into by you and OAKIE. Therefore, your personal data may be transferred to OAKIE subcontractors based on a data processing agreement concluded between OAKIE and its subcontractors.

  4. Subject to the limitations arising from the GDPR and other provisions of the law, you have the right to access your personal data and the right to rectify, erase, restrict processing, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time if the processing is based on your consent (for this purpose, please contact us by email at contact@oakiestudio.com).

  5. To the extent necessary for the performance of the contract entered into by you and OAKIE for the provision of services offered by OAKIE, and to the extent necessary to take action at your request, the processing of your personal data is based on the provision of the law, i.e., Article 6(1)(b) and (c) of the GDPR, without the need to obtain your consent for the processing of your personal data. In other cases, providing your personal data is voluntary. However, in the case where consent to the processing of your personal data is given solely for marketing purposes, providing your personal data is voluntary. However, refusal to give consent or its withdrawal will prevent OAKIE from informing you about new offers and promotions.

  6. Your personal data will be kept for the duration of the contract entered into by you and OAKIE for the provision of services offered by OAKIE, for which your personal data is processed, and after this period until the expiration of the limitation period for claims under the contract entered into by you for the provision of services offered by OAKIE. Personal data recorded in accounting documentation will be kept for the period specified in the applicable provisions of the law, including tax regulations.

  7. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority within the meaning of the GDPR if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
